Remember the JOY

Too much news gets old fast, especially with what’s going on.  In fact, the CDC says the news is only good in small doses.  Keeping your mental health in tune is especially important now.  CDC advice also includes: Take care of your body.  Make time to unwind.  Connect with others.  You’ve probably heard this all before, but finding your own way to check these boxes can still be unique.  Pay it forward and pass it on.
